In 2021, Preston acquired Porter Trustin Carlson Company from Jerry Kuehn. Over his eight years with PTC, he has drawn on his extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction to effectively lead the team. Preston’s leadership emphasizes strong client relationships and the development of a high-performing sales team.

Under his direction, PTC has expanded its product offerings by adding several new manufacturer lines. Notably, the company now furnishes and installs Draper gym equipment and Clopay sectional doors, utilizing its skilled team of union carpenters.

Outside of work, Preston enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, boating on the lake, golfing, and exploring his passion for cooking through his culinary training. Above all, he values time spent  spoiling his 7-year-old daughter, Tenleigh.
